ROOM ADDITION New Port Richey Master Suite Addition
The owners of this waterfront home in the Gulf Harbors neighborhood needed more space. The floor plan of this addition added 100 square feet to their living space and added a 350 square foot master bedroom with a full bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. We also added 2 sets of large sliding glass doors facing the water to make the addition bright and open. This addition required working with the FEMA 50% rule. We used our extensive permitting experience to navigate that process and get the project done exactly as the homeowner wanted it done.
