The Critical Path Podcast Returns with Candid Conversations About the Road to Success
The podcast explores the challenges, pivotal decisions and defining moments behind the success of entrepreneurs, business leaders and innovators.
Success rarely follows a straight line. Behind every thriving business and accomplished entrepreneur is a journey filled with challenges, risks, setbacks and defining decisions. The Critical Path Podcast is back to uncover those stories.
Presented by Home Love and hosted by CEO Brad Bachand, The Critical Path Podcast returns with fresh episodes featuring candid, unscripted conversations with entrepreneurs, business leaders and innovators about the experiences that shaped their paths to success.
From navigating unexpected obstacles and making difficult decisions to recognizing opportunities and learning from failure, each episode takes listeners beyond the headlines and business accomplishments to explore what it really takes to build something successful.

“It can seem that running a trades business is a tough thing to do, but people have done it successfully for years,” Bachand said. “I have met many of them. I want to provide a platform by which they can share their expertise with the incoming generation of tradespeople. I will consider this successful if I can get the new, struggling business owner the key nugget of wisdom he or she needed to hear from the grizzled veteran in his or her field. I’m excited to share the wide swath of stories and lessons learned with our audience.”

The podcast draws on Bachand’s own entrepreneurial experience building and growing Home Love into a multifaceted construction and home services company. His perspective as a business owner brings an authentic, relatable approach to conversations with guests from a variety of industries and backgrounds.
Whether listeners are aspiring entrepreneurs, established business owners or simply interested in the stories behind extraordinary achievements, The Critical Path Podcast offers an engaging look at the determination, resilience and decisions that drive success.
